Shipping, assembly, payments, warranty and assistance: here are the answers to the most common questions from our Italian customers abroad.
SECTION 1 – Shipping
1. In which countries do you ship?
We ship throughout Europe, with a focus on Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. For shipments outside Europe, contact us.
2. How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the volume, type of furniture, and destination. We always provide a personalized quote before purchase.
3. How long does delivery take?
Generally 6-8 weeks from order confirmation. In Germany and Switzerland, we can deliver in 15-20 days for some items.
4. Can I choose the delivery day?
Yes, we do our best to meet your needs. You will be contacted before delivery to schedule the appointment.

SECTION 2 – Payments
1. What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, PayPal, credit card and – upon request – installment payment with selected partners.
2. Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. A 50% deposit is sufficient to confirm the order. The balance is requested before delivery.
3. Are the prices VAT included?
Yes, all our prices are VAT included. For customers in Switzerland, an invoice is issued without VAT according to current regulations.
1. Do you also offer furniture assembly?
Yes. We offer assembly throughout Germany and Switzerland thanks to our own assemblers or trusted local partners.
2. Is it included in the price?
Assembly is optional and is quoted separately in the estimate. Some furniture arrives already pre-assembled.
3. Can I assemble the furniture myself?
Of course, many pieces of furniture come with clear instructions. However, for kitchens we recommend our assembly service.
SECTION 4 – Warranty and Assistance
1. Do your furniture pieces have a warranty?
Yes, every product is covered by a 24-month European legal warranty. Some items offer an extended warranty of up to 5 years.
2. What happens if a piece arrives damaged?
We will replace it for you free of charge. Just send us photos within 48 hours of delivery.
3. How can I contact you after purchase?
You have a direct channel via WhatsApp, email, or phone. After-sales support is one of our strengths.
